Implemented Light Theme - Highlights (A little too dark)

Can we have the Highlights for Light Theme a bit lighter?

Right now

It's a little dark, kinda blends in with the black text itself.
Makes it alot harder for us (by us I mean me, since we all know, only I use this lol) to read
MAYBEEEEEEE
a light green or something idk

and no, not this theme, that will burn my eyes
maybe a little mint / tea green (NO NOT MINTY, GET HEAD OUTTA GUTTY NOW)

I've adjusted the colours now, and it looks a lot better.

I also tweaked the dark theme's highlighted posts to look a little cleaner and match with the light theme's changes.
