Move to suburbs in Sri Lanka, only minimal ads guaranteed. Most the time they don't even have ads to serve, lol. When I was in Malaysia's capital I was so bombarded with ads, the difference is stunning .

I have a spare Raspberry Pi that I want to set up to block ads on YouTube.

I haven’t tried it yet, though.

I used to have Spotify but traded it for a YouTube Premium and I absolutely don't regret it.

I listen to a lot of Bootleg mixes, and underground and a lot of traditional stuff. Spotify et al. don't have that.

YT Music does.

The ads-free Youtube experience is a bonus.

Got a family plan too.
