Make money with obvious pump and dump coin possible

Not asking how to pump and dump with my own coin. That is... wrong.

No. I am asking if anyone has made money by cashing out pump and dump scheme coin. Like the president trump coin or the hawk tuah coin.

If you get the coin and cash out very quickly you could make money no? Has anyone manage this?

yes you can make money, but with the 2 you mentioned there were inside trading being done, 99% of all investors lost their money
