Find the better possible way to advertise my physiotherapy sessions to a targeted local audience
Depends on who your audience is and the age group.

I would just print a shit ton of flyers and stick them on notice boards in shops, hospital, ask small town shops to place them in window, charity shop windows, leave them on notice board and a pile in local library, leave some hospital waiting room area, local GP surgery, ask your local pub if you can leave a few there.

Thats how I would hit it off line. Mix of 1/3 leaflets and A4 type ones for the window.
 
have you thought about reaching out & asking local doctors to keep your business card on their desk/offices & handy?

I have idea which may work for you .

I saw last time I went to my GP saw offer to advertise in the hospital or other places on their TV's which includes REM enemy Samsung TV I saw a lot local business advertised on it such as Dog food makers,farm or massage places among other business for your sort of business that could maybe work well for you .

Are you sure about this? Cause I've read something years ago in psychology saying that "telling people publicly what you wanna do something will decrease the chance of doing it because your brain will consider that you have already achieved it and give you a feeling of satisfaction and completion, therefore you won't have the motivation - enough - to achieve it.

I may be wrong.

But anyway, this week (actually this whole month) my main focus is to change a lot of habits, and install new ones. I already started installing "exercising" which I've succeeded in doing it for 2 weeks now. and I still need to destroy some bad habits. Other than that, I'm focusing entirely on working online, and I'm trying hard to keep the focus as high as possible by destroying any distractions and keep the balance of my well-being.

Well, it always worked for me, but sure, we are all different.
 
Still fasting 18-20hrs a day. ( I actually managed a 28hr so far will probably break at 30)
Still fasting just on the 18hr days. Today having a break just not in the mood.
Worst job of the week, come up with some bollock social media plan.
Done.

Although I'm unsure if i should just pick 1 platform and focus on that or just keep going on facebook, x and IG

Sign off the first template of faceless AI this will connect into ^ or just will be for sole focus on YouTube or god knows where else.
This turned into a cluster fuck. So this is back to square one.


Everything else back on track.
