He wakes up 5am, does squats and run around the city, comes back home at 6:30, have a breakfast, do some pushups then works till noon. After that he indulge in some fine wines and belgian chocolates with his wife. After that he workout more. And so on...at 9pm he hit the sack.

yeah its alright, some of his earlier stuff is fine, pain & gain hes good in that also... films after that tho more so when you think would be a sequel he won't do it and then instead does the next film that sort of resembles the last and then it gets shity and messy if you ask me
