When I get 2-3 such people from BHW sliding into my DMs in a day, it really drains the life out of me.
What I usually do is shut everything down and watch a movie; that's a better use of my time.

But I will say this: there are a couple of individuals over there who love to kiss the current administration's ass and praise every bad decision they make. Just because things work for you doesn't mean they work for everybody (not implying or referring to anyone in particular).

And the funny thing is, some of them are neither buyers nor sellers, but they love to give opinions about how the marketplace should look and what rules should or shouldn't be enforced.

What can I say? People who have nothing better to do...

It’s insane looking on there now and seeing how much worse it’s got and even though I knew it was coming and how much I ended up hating DD it’s still sad for me to see as it was my home for over a decade and where I first learned and met good contacts (when it had people like that). BTB is fake as fuck it’s surreal more don’t see it until it’s too late, everyone smart on there knew it from I first joined and used to mock him as they seen through his bullshit, the old staff like bz, Zen19, MAD etc.. he used to come into irc wayyyy back in the day and get trolled to death trying to fit in too much, legit intelligent people seen through him easily which always shocked me that DD didn’t and still doesn’t.

The dude literally wrote fake rip off reports about my company years back and I found out so he apologised as I was going to make it all public, when they made him a mod I protested a lot beforehand based on that and other factors, but DD likes yes men that suck the farts from his arse.. which is why myself and him clashed a lot, he hated that I would even call him out in the staff section without a fuck given.

I mean it's understandable right now, with bhw having problems and users migrating here. But yeah, I wouldn't like this place to be bhw this, bhw that all the time 😅.

Sadly BHW prohibits talk about OO, so it'd be very slow process, maybe OO will never grow and be niche 4eva... although users join daily.
 
I also don’t know what is going on with other forum.

They keep changing things and making more confusing not better.

Like marketplace rules. It was simple before but now I must read 20 different posts in rules thread. Some posts in rules say one thing and other posts say other thing then get more confused.

So many rules that can get you banned….
 
Well, I mean it's a shit forum nowadays either way.

A fuck ton on useless AI posts (which for whatever reason is accepted).
The posts that have any human input in them are mostly a bunch of wannabe gurus or some other type of smooth brains.

Just a bunch of people who have never made more than 10k USD advising other people with nonsense.

The old stuff and threads are still very much worth to read, but the new stuff what is being posted is utter garbage - I can see why no one who takes themselves seriously even browses the site anymore.

I highly highly doubt that lmao… regardless of what they might say on the surface, guys like him get special treatment and as many passes as they want. I mean the shit the dude is at is clear as day, Stevey Wonder could see it ffs.. and I’d bet my ass he gets even more leeway now with declining advertisers.

It’s what I like to call looking busy while doing fuck all or even making things worse while trying to look busy but doing fuck all - it makes sense in my head.

I agree with @t0mmy. If they truly wanted to stop this, they would simply treat premium as a "donation."
  • No signature
  • No replying to WTB/HAF
  • No selling
But for them, it's convenient because that guy probably buys 2-3 premium accounts per week.
So a part of that dirty money returns to their pockets.

I reported some of those purple accounts myself, and they always said, "There's not enough proof." even when it was clear as day who it was, same speech pattern, same kind of profile picture, replying to every thread as an expert in everything etc.

You're allowed to have as many accounts as you want on BHW. It's not against the rules.
