they didn't ban me yet, but I felt like I was close to getting banned, because I received 3 warnings within a week, plus few others before that, all of them this year. And for what reasons?

One because I called the AI retarded
The 2nd one because I called rich people (Musk, Bezos, etc) criminal puppets in the hands of our overlords
The 3rd one (and which was the last straw for me) because I said in the World Cup thread that I don't like women referees in a man's game.

And even though I've explained to the mods that I have nothing against women (which I don't, I do prefer women over men in many other things, just not in men's football), I still got cautioned for "mysogyny" and prejudice against women. Fucking hell, now they're trying to police my thoughts and dictate my behaviour, which won't do anymore...

I didn't delete my account yet (although I did ponder it a few times during this WC), and I still log in once in a while, just to check for DMs more than anything. Also because I still have a signature banner active and would like to honor my agreement to the person whose banner I promote.

But I'm not being active there anymore not because of fear (I'm not afraid of a lot of things anymore like I used to be in the past), but more from a cautionary standpoint because I don't know what else of what I say next they'll interpret to suit their woke agenda (yes, BHW has become woke, more than it's been several years ago when I joined, there, I've said it!) and - like I said - I'd like to bring my signature campaign to finish so that I don't come across as a scammer or something

And yes, I did consider volunteering for moderation sometimes last year. I was this close to volunteer (and they would have probably accepted me back then, as they weren't so hellbent on cautioning me for any opinions that goes against their bogus ToS)... but for some reason, I didn't volunteer. I've no idea why I didn't take the plunge, but - once again - my gut instinct came to the rescue because I have a feeling that had I accepted to become mod I would have probably had to swallow a lot of woke shit...

So here's the story:

There was a bit of drama in a thread about AI, spammers, and whatnot and I shared my opinion on the subject (an opinion that I guess struck a nerve)

They removed my reply without warning and I didn’t say anything else about it; I just moved on because I understood.

But because of that 3 days later, I received 3 warnings out of nowhere, and then my account was terminated.

The funny part is that I paid $100 for Premium membership a week earlier, just to support the forum.

I tried to make things right. I was like, “Okay, maybe I said something I shouldn’t. Let’s move on.”

They essentially replied, “We don’t want you here”

But on what basis do they decide who gets access to a public forum?

Moral of the story:

1. They took my money for a 1 year membership
2. Banned me 7 days later for sharing a personal opinion
3. Refused any resolution
4. Refused any refunds

I mean...How is this even legal?

So yeah
I just moved on lol.

yep, that's why I left too... But I have a feeling that the forum is being sponsored / funded by some big company or political party, otherwise they wouldn't be so hard on those woke regulations.

oh yeah, few of my replies got removed too now that I think about it. I never contacted them to ask why, but I obviously didn't like it. But I understood it, it's their forum, their rules, they can do with it whatever they want, if I don't like, or agree to it I can move on (which I did).

I'd normally say "sorry to hear it", but it's probably for the best that you got forcefully moved on to better pastures. I don't see a future for that forum if they don't drop the wokeness

better for you... if what you're saying is true, obviously (some members that got kicked out are still salty, so I won't 100% believe you without knowing you / your story, but it does sound like something they'd do, so I will believe you about 90% for now, hopefully you're ok with it )

well, since it's wokeness, they hate critical thinkers and they love sheep. So, if you try to bring rationale, or facts into your opinions, or if you don't kiss their hand and say "thank you, daddy!" they'll not want you. I felt the same way, which I decided to leave on my own volition and while my account is still not banned, maybe in the future I will need to return, you never know... it's good practice not to burn too many bridges at once cause you never know what the future brings...

well, legality shouldn't even exist, everyone in the world should do whatever they want, as long as they want, without having to report to anyone, but under 1 crucial condition: whatever they think, decide, or do should never ever EVER impede on the rights, wellbeing and freedoms of other beings, humans or not, sentient or not.

Keep this crucial rule in your mind at all times and then you can do whatever you want as long as you don't harm, coerce or negatively impact other beings, and all's good.

Authority shouldn't exist, it's not normal in a world of human beings for authority and law to exist, these are the doings of the reptilians that rule this world, just like it's the simulated reality that we're living in (yes, the Matrix is real, and it's what we're all experiencing at the moment).

I know this sounds crazy and bogus, but it's the actual truth. Just listen to David Icke (or read his books, even better as the books contain the whole truth, not just fractures of it like he says in his YT vids) and you'll learn what's going on in this world, why, and how to escape the Matrix...

So anyway, back to the point (about legality). Since laws are made by criminals (which they are) then - by their own laws - they have the right to do whatever they want and you can't complain to anyone since all of the people in power are reptilians (non-human race, extraterestrial if you want), or human-reptilian hybrids.

They make the laws, they have all of the rights to their own systems. But we - the humans (which are actually Consciousness having a brief experience in a human body as David Icke puts it) - are immortal, sovereign beings, so we have no obligation to submit to anyone (much less to inferior races like the reptilians), or to abide by any law since they're not made by us.

Again, it sounds science-fiction or total madness, but once you learn the facts you will understand these things and learn to break free from the mental shackles that we're caught into, the law and authority being just 2 of those enslaving systems.

If you want (and if it's not against the forum's rules) I will post a few short (5-15 minutes long) clips on various topics discussed by David Icke so that y'all can learn the truth. Just let me know and I'll happily do it.

But yeah, that shouldn't be legal if we assume that the law is human, but it isn't so... they can do whatever they want with their own systems.

I can sue DotCom Consultancy Ltd through the County Court's Small Claims Track
But I am not from UK so I have to hire someone to handle all documents therefore it's going to cost me more than the membership itself.
And they know it.

You need to get forms n1 and n510

Doesn't need to be in the UK. It's only done via paper and the amount needs to be over 30

He needs to give them notice first to resolve it ltd company 14 days before starting a claim.

Needs to send it where it can have evidence of being sent so support ticket, sig on receiving letter etc

So here’s the thing. I’m a woman and I sometimes watch women’s sports. I’ve got the same opinion as you, but with male referees in women’s sports. It’s literally the same thing and everyone I speak to agrees with me on this. Nobody thinks it’s sexist, they just say “yeah that makes sense”.

If women want female referees for women’s sports, I see no issue with men wanting male referees for men’s sports.

But at the very least if you post the opinion on a forum it’s nice to be able to discuss it with others even if they don’t agree with you. It’s like the whole point of a forum. For a mod to come in and tell you what you should think instead of letting you discuss it sounds more like a police state than a discussion board.
