Implemented Missing forums in left hand menu

I just had a post moved due to posting in wrong section.

Note when I created the post I did think there was an email marketing section but looking at the left hand menu I couldn't see it:

If you click on the main menu where it list all subcategories it shows here

It's the same with sapphire section. I get not wanting to include some sub categories to make it easier or cleaner menu but some sub forums should be included? or added to the left hand list

I’m fine with adding more on there. Making a list of which subforums you think should be added to the menu and I’ll add that to your opening post. 10 upvotes and I’ll include them.

I just think the email marketing one should be listed under 'internet marketing' on the left thats all.

I know this one is only at 2 upvotes, but I don't see the harm in adding one more to the list.

Consider this one implemented.
