Just one more in regards to SMS. Make sure you actually have the authorization to use these numbers to market your business to them. SMS can be very lucrative but can also be very dangerous if you do not have the right to send them an SMS. Fees can go up to 1500$ per SMS if you do it willful. So 10 SMS can already cause you a fine of 15000$ if you do not have the authorization to use these numbers. Especially with SMS, it's better to be safe than sorry.

I assume most people do not report it. But after all its very risky and also one of the reasons why a lot of affiliate networks do not allow SMS traffic to begin with.Agree,
but some people, media companies still use these SMS spam like 50k, 150k + more for increased customer engagement, reach large audience , more revenue , etc..
