Welcome to my journey thread!

The goal is pretty simple.

To become the top carnivore diet influencer within 10 years.

I plan to do this through videos mostly on YouTube although ill repost on other socials since it's low effort to do.

I intend to make a YouTube Short every day for now.

Why the carnivore diet niche?

Well.

That's because I'm deeply knowledgeable about it having been carnivore myself since Jan 1st 2021.

There's also not many super big carnivore influencers either so it's relatively low comp.

As for monetisation it'll probably be a private community-based continuity program but time will tell.

I'll try to update whenever possible.

I've been posting on and off to the channel already for a couple months but now I will be going full-ham carnivore videos only.

Channel stats so far.

Do you work out as well?

How do you manage your energy levels without carbs? No sleep issues?

I tried a low-carb diet for 2 weeks, and almost lost consciousness after a workout session :D

Go for it.

Liver king style or something more relatable?

Good luck with this. I like the hustle.

I think though if your making the short, id just at least mix in other social platforms as well.

What sort of things are you posting? Give an example of video Monday vs video Tuesday

I just ate some.

No tolerance.

Just filming it round my bros house.

Looks like YouTube isn't pushing my raw chicken video, sadly.

šŸ˜‚
So have you been ill yet eating any of this stuff?

Is it the first time you eating chicken?

Do you season any of it, wash or anything?

Where in the world are you based?

How long have you been eating raw food, any bad reactions or mistakes along the way?

I just find it mad really. But good on you

Update 1:

So I uploaded 10 YouTube shorts last week.

Will try to beat 9651 views and 6 subs this week.

Game is on. :D

Do you work out as well?
Yes.

I use the x3bar for working out.
How do you manage your energy levels without carbs?
Because carbs aren't needed in our diets.

We make all the sugar we need through gluconeogenesis (from fat and in starvation cases muscles as well.)

Plus caffeine but I'm slowly cutting that out.
No sleep issues?
Not now.

In the beginning before I discovered carnivore I was on keto for a couple months.

I took magnesium glycinate back then and it helped with my sleep as my sleep was a little messed up. n=1 though.

Low energy is pretty common.

A lot of people jump into new diets overnight and that seems to cause issues.

Usually because the microbiome takes time to adapt.

So have you been ill yet eating any of this stuff?
No.
Is it the first time you eating chicken?
First time eating raw chicken.

I'll have cooked chicken if I ever fancy it.

I usually stick to beef thesedays.
Do you season any of it, wash or anything?
I season with table salt.

No I don't wash it.

Where in the world are you based?
UK.
How long have you been eating raw food, any bad reactions or mistakes along the way?
I don't eat much raw tbh.

I usually have slightly cooked to get a nice char layer, especially with steaks.

The only bad reaction I had once was when I used the same plate as my family used for tomato sandwiches.

Gave me itchy skin for a few days.
I just find it mad really. But good on you
That's what makes it good youtube content ;).

Plus being unusual is in my username after all.

Do you do body weight or anything else or is that your sole "tool" and everything is done off of that?

What's your routine?

No I don't wash it.

UK.
Butchers' or supermarket meat?

LOL.

Tomato.

Fuck ecoli. Give me a tomato though and I need bed rest lol

Thanks for the replies.

Good on you

Everything is just the x3 bar tbh.

Mostly since it saves me time from going to a gym.

Routine used to be push/pull.

But now I combine them so it's full body 3x a week.
Butchers' or supermarket meat?
Supermarket meat.

Usually Aldi.
LOL.

Tomato.

Me and e.coli are best mates.

But

I'm not a fan of tomatoes either. So I can get behind you there.

Aldi. Not so bad.

I don't think I wash that meat before I use it I think pat them down more than wash to just clean them up and
get whatever the texture or 'slime' is over it first. Rest of the time is a straight to cook.

I think id wash it first if I was eating raw and pat it down?

Do you do that or is it straight, open the packet and get munching like a boss?

Do you inspect the meat first and give it a visual check before eating or is it fair game once it's in your hands?

Sorry for all the questions if nothing else gives you some content for a Q&A video.

I'll look into that x3 bar before I ask more on that.

Yeah it didn't even occur to me to wash.

I was like:

Open pack and then BAM snack time.

I don't check I just munch away.

Although for the raw chicken I looked inside as i was eating it and saw a weird white stringy spec.

Thought it was a worm or something.

Still munched it though.
