I'm definitely following along. Take it from someone who once built a successful YouTube channel with over 300K+ subscribers. Persistence is everything in the YouTube and influencer space. Success doesn’t usually come overnight.
One of the most powerful things you can do is test a wide range of video ideas. Don’t be afraid to experiment — some of your best-performing content might come from unexpected angles. Analyze what’s working on similar channels and draw inspiration. It’s absolutely okay to borrow ideas and formats, just make sure to add your own spin so it doesn’t feel like a blatant copy. Study thumbnails, titles, pacing, and editing styles. Ask yourself why a video caught your attention or why it held it. The more you observe with a creator’s mindset, the faster you’ll grow.

Forgot about this journey tbh but here's some latest stats from Facebook and YouTube:
I do post to other socials but they're negligible views.
(Mostly post there in the event of being banned which because my content is borderline FB and yt TOS it's a wise move).
Also working on setting up a community on a new branded Carnivore website.
Mostly for engagement + building up the email list.
For now I have zero email subscribers I've been focusing on growing the channels but now since I'm getting quite a few views it's getting riskier for bans.
So time to start building up an email list so I can own the list.
(Reduces channel acquisition risk essentially).
In a perfect world I wouldn't get banned but we know what these platforms can be like.

An email list and a community would be a great combo for the next push. You could easily draw traffic from your postings into the community.

Try making more long-form videos alongside the shorts. Shorts are great for getting a lot of views, but in terms of revenue (if you want to earn anything from AdSense), they’re not the best. Create some good long-form videos (7–10 minutes) and upload those as well. Don’t forget a good thumbnail—the right video can get you a lot of views. If people watch your shorts, there’s a good chance your long-form videos will be recommended to them at some point too.
