Funny thing is that's what I've been doing recently but still relatively short wide videos.

As for AdSense my content is borderline tos so even when I reach YouTube partner program it's unlikely they'll accept me into it.

What brand would want me eating raw meat to show next to it? 🤣

AdSense won't be my main monetisation vehicle anyway.

@Octavia my neighbours both claim to be on that diet the woman is down to bones and the guy has started now and he's lost 22lb in 2 weeks....

I call bullshit. I think they both jabbing the fat jabp.

Shes stopped and clearly put weight back on. I'm all for meat diets think it has lots going for it. But there's lots of bullshit around that with people claiming it's that but in fact jabbing (my opinion anyway)

22lb in weeks is unhealthy AF, you will put it back on so quickly if you fall off.

100% agree.

I'm doing 18hr fast 6hr on with 36hr off and 8hr on.

Drinking now every other weekend (pending helping friends)

Finally shifting past my wall and see weight moving again

It can work, but I agree with you that it's unhealthy. You must be prepared for an intense grind and increase calories very slowly. About 50 calories per week. Don’t even think about skipping cardio, or you’ll regret it.
