🫂General Social Myspace owners plan comeback for the iconic social network

After seeing the other MySpace thread, I thought it was interesting that I came across a news article about how the current owners are planning a comeback.

I remember when this was tried before and didn’t go anywhere. I personally don’t think they’ll pull off a comeback.

I remember my older sister chatting to someone on msn messenger and my 8 year old self was amazed that you could chat with people all around the globe.

MySpace always gets new owners who announce these comebacks and it never goes anywhere.

They don’t know what people want and the name MySpace just means old dead social network filled with viruses to anyone who remembers it.

Yeah, it was pretty cool that you could put songs and background images on your profile. In comparison to that Facebook is really bland.

I used to use Virb also, record labels hanged around there, then they changed the site into website builder eh https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virb
