Under the Internet Marketing category.
Even though it's not exclusive to marketing, in our context it should work better there than in the General category.

It would include topics like Make or Zapier and cool things we can do with them, as well as integrations (Green API, etc)...

I generally try to add prefixes over new sections, so what if we just combined automations with the AI Solutions subforum? We could rename it to "AI & Automations", and then create prefixes for AI threads and automation threads. Do you see any issues with doing it this way, or do you think it just requires its own subforum?

If we did make Automations its own section, then Zapier could be a prefix and Make could be another prefix.

I thought about maybe combining it with the Business section because it's a better fit there. AI is almost parallel to automation (they co exist but not co dependant).

Edit: In any case, I think it's a broad enough of a subject that can hold its own section.

I wouldn't post a guide in the Tools at the Forge section, nor would I post a question there.
I also see it being under Support & Utility, since it nakes sense for being a practical tool for your business. But it would confuse users with https://officeoutlaw.com/forums/tools-at-the-forge.28/
Yeah, @roydan makes a good point that the current tools section is less about guides and more about just sharing useful tools.

All right, I'll add in a new subforum for Automations, but it's going under General at the moment. I'll move it under IM or Support & Utility after I get a better idea of what kind of threads are being made in there (since automations is not strictly for IM, but you can do it for business as well).

Edit: here you go! https://officeoutlaw.com/forums/automations.93/

Thanks again for another great suggestion, @roydan. :)
