This is probably the easiest way to make a pseudo smash patty.

So essentially you take 500 grams of beef mince and use a burger presser to smash it down.

I pressed it down until it fit the whole pan.

Salt liberally.

I then cooked it until I started to smell burning because I'm too lazy to set a timer.

Flip.

Cook again til you smell burning.

And Voila.

Plate and pour residual fat and wait about 5 mins so the meat can marinate in its own succulent juices.

Enjoy.

Pics included for reference.

Poor man's food habits. :D This type of meat is like bread or some random cookies, you don't know what you're eating.

At least its not RED, there is still hope 😅

I can't believe you'll choose this over a tomato. Seriously the best veggie. It's so good they made it a fruit.

And it's not fully minced...
You could mince it a lot harder.

And it's collagen + meat.

Fck that shit!!

So many flaws. :ROFLMAO:

where seasoning bro...

^^ anything high heat fry, like a smash burger, should NOT be done on a non-stick pan. Unless you enjoy your PFAS toppings :ROFLMAO:
Maybe air fryer then...

Frying? I got better results with slow coooker or oven 250 Celsius. Oven is best for high fat meat cuts in my experience.

Smash burger in this thread is of course controversial. Nobody should eat like this. hehe
