But Z, Don't you think it might alter the reading experience? I've been on a few forums where users have GIFs as profile pictures and flashy trophies, and it changed how I perceived the content. That's just my personal experience, not sure how others might feel about it.

Sometimes when I’ve seen that stuff on other forums, I thought it looked tacky. I mean, sometimes it’s nice when it’s not too much or too flashy.

I also have to consider how it affect page load times as well. A gif is going to generally be a larger file to load than a static image. Same goes for the twirling stars; imagine later on when there are more members here and you’ve got 20 profiles with 1-8 twirling stars each.

These ideas are very unlikely to be implemented, but I think it’s important to look into what’s feasible to add in and experiment with different features, especially now in these early days.

I always value your thoughts on this, so I appreciate you sharing this with me.
