Health Ok so I bought this natural ADD / concentration supplement from iHerb

I medicate my ADHD the ol' fashioned way. Excessive amounts of coffee and tobacco. Looking forward to hearing how the supplements work out. When I was younger they put me on Ritalin and it caused all sorts of side effects I did not like, but I've heard modern medicines have come a long way in treating it since then, may look into it again.

ADHD gang reporting.

I have tried L-Theanine before after reading up on it. I finished a 30-day bottle and didn't notice much of a difference.

But you tell me how it goes, I am willing to give it another go.

So far, my only recourse have been building routine and introducing tiny instant gratification mechanisms in my day. (I make a big deal when I complete small fragmented tasks)

This is a massive cheat code to helping with ADHD procrastination. Finding a quick 2-3 minute task to bang out. Brain goes weeee~ dopamine, suddenly you've been sitting and working for 3 hours straight without break.

It can be be hard sometimes though just to find and get that 2-3 minute task done in the first place, especially if it's responding to an email (ugh). When I wake up and my brain starts flying a million miles an hour out the gate, I try to think of some small chunks of work I want to tackle for the day. As long as I get one of them done, it's progress.
