I saw you posted this at 11AM my time. That's a down period. Our current members seems to be online mostly between 8PM and 8AM.

Also, if someone downvotes, it'll -1 the total number.

Anyway, 9 upvotes, so we'll add this in! I'm not sure if it'll apply retroactively, but I'll let you know shortly.

I added it in and chose to display it in the message attrition bar, as shown in the example image for the add-on.

They had options for profile banners and one that goes over the avatar, but the avatar seemed too intrusive and I didn't want anyone to feel like they have to change their avatars to work with the ribbon on their avatar. The profile banner, well, we should probably not have more of those.

It looks like it's still applying to the existing threads, so I'll give it more time to make sure everything is working.

I was testing something with the ribbon and just left it like that. I might have to disable this for now and try again later.

I had to roll this back for now by disabling the add-on. I'm not sure what's going on with it, but if I can't get it to work, I'll see if there's another add-on I can get that does the same thing.

I looked into this some more today, and I saw that there were many others who mentioned that this add-on seems to work inconsistently.

However, I ended up finding one that did work. It now displays "Thread Starter" to the left of the post date in every post that isn't the opening post.
