Our support desk is live on Office Outlaw.
As I previously mentioned, it's built into the forum, so all you have to do is click the "Support" button on the navigation bar and you can open a support ticket.
We'll be looking at filling up the KnowledgeBase as that will replace our Site Guides section.
Generally, we still expect everyone to use the report button for minor issues or rule violations, but if there's a reportable matter that you feel like you need back-and-forth discussions about or it's a more complicated issue, you'll like using the support feature a lot more.
