I like to stretch a budget. This little work around is probably obvious and may have been covered on other forums in the past but I don't use anything else so hey ho.

Some tools in my opinion are just not worth it, while I'm not a fan of doing what I'm about to suggest I also don't agree with paying $29 a month just to get a CSV download.

If you like to do research any tools such as "also asked" which gives you the option to find out what common questions people also ask allows you to search up any topic and then it gives you a handy chart you can download as a PNG you can do 3 of these daily. It's not much use and I guess that's the point.

Export your chart for free as a PNG.

Now go and take that chart, upload it to ChatGPT and ask it to convert the entire thing into a table for you to download as a CSV or a TEXT file.

can you format that into a text table for quick view here please as well as a downloadable file

There you have it a free little CSV work around and you saved a couple of bucks you can use on another project.

Why convert it?

Well working with images is a pain in the backside. You can easily copy these questions over to start creating content or topics with and or import them into existing content it just makes managing the whole workflow a little easier than trying to type out what is on an image file.

Answer the Public does exactly the same thing HOWEVER over the past 12 months they have changed and limited the kind of image download you can get most of the questions asked are locked behind a paywall, as I imagine people have been doing exactly this.

A free obvious hack when you think about it but maybe not so obvious to some

You can have the same results using Perplexity also if you are a bit technical you could use any API from Apify or Rapid API and develop a quick small SAAS that can give you those results you're looking for, I don't think this should cost more than up to $100 on Fiverr.

Yeah we got our own scripts that do similar things to that.

I like the answer thr public ones as most of the questions they have are the ones often featured in top 7 questions in the serps.. Least for my niche anyway.

@MR.Spuf only thing I'd say about scripts and that is you run into the issue of ai doing it all for you and that's when it can bite you in the ass.

I like to do it slow because we can edit and refine it as we go. Manually change and alter same with text and writing easier to edit 1 file at a time and do them in 10s and get a finish article than sit and face down editing 100 documents..

Least how we donit anyway. Feels less soul destroying

Ofc, depends from job to job. I work volume with repetitve tasks so I do it with small tasks.

But I understand what you say, relying totally on ai can't be good in the long term.
