Since most areas says Members or Outlaws
People you follow seems to break that trend
If it's possible and doesn't break anything else, have that changed to fit the theme?

Good idea! I think changing "People" will make things look a little more consistent.

We'll see what we can change that to.

OK, I've changed the phrasing to Outlaws You Follow (along with some added capitalisation to make it look more like a title).

I'll mark this as resolved now, but if anyone thinks the wording could be better or clearer, please post here again and I'll take another look.
