That being said, with such wide access to so much information, it became stupidly hard to tell what's true and what is fake.

I remember there was a point where people were saying that a major issue with the world is that there isn’t enough access to information. Now, it’s easier than ever, and many can’t be bothered to do basic research.

Ordinarily, I’d blame the people, but with so much fake stuff coming out on a regular basis, it becomes difficult for anyone to keep up with.

Nah this is all wrong level of thinking anyway.

Social media is a great example people will follow people with similar view points so the narrative is always the same.

Basic example is left will stick with left, right with right and so on.

Doesn't matter if I can go in my pocket and pull something to show you or argue my point, it will be biased to show / agree with my view point.

Knowledge is skewed in favour of the argument. (to a degree anyway)

Plus if we all knew everything and all agreed life would be boring as hell.

Too much scattered information around plus now it's easier to fool people with the AI scarcity

someone the other day told me
if they believe in something enough
it becomes the truth
and that is exactly what is wrong with the world these days
retarded cunts think they are always right & entitled for everything and think the world revolves around them
to them, there is zero point having access to information, since whatever they say, they believe it is true
like the world is flat
