@Zwielicht and I have a lot of pets! There were more a couple of years ago but a lot of them were short lived animals (like hamsters and mice) and sadly died

As of now, I have:
1 bengal cat
5 birds (cockatiel, budgie, green-cheek conure, canary, finch)
5 frogs (one whites tree frog, two starry reed frogs and one African dwarf frog)
3 reptiles (ball python, bearded dragon and blue tongued skink)
2 geckos (one leopard and one crested)
1 small tarantula
2 rats

A couple of those are rescues, like my green cheek conure that had his beak and toes bitten off when he was a baby - luckily he can eat and walk fine, but nobody wanted to buy him because he’s disfigured. My budgie also has a rare disease, but he just needs some medicine every day and he lives a happy, normal life.

Most of the animals generally like me, except for the cockatiel that only likes Zwielicht and nobody else, and the crested gecko that doesn’t like anybody and just wants to eat food and hide.

I currently have 1 dog named Gary Russell and 1 kitten named Kit at the moment.

Kit and Gary are best friends who are inseparable. They love to play with each other and chase each other around the house. They both are very sweet and have funny personalities.

My other cat died back in October of last year. I thought I'd mention him because he was a very loved family pet, and we all miss him dearly. His name was Kat (I know, very creative, huh). And he had such the personality. Every morning, he used to wake us up for food, and if we didn't feed him on time, he'd go jump on the counters to eat some bread. He was a very sweet guy, though, and he loved to cuddle. May he rest in peace.

Her name was toothless. She actually passed away last year, although we're not sure why. We suspect she had parasites as the breeder I got her from was misleading about whether or not she was wild caught.

She was surprisingly really friendly for a crocodile skink, and she used to like sitting on my finger whenever I took out her. Crocodile skinks are known for being very shy, so it meant a lot to me that she interacted with me whenever I came around her enclosure.

Ugh, I felt like I was forgetting someone, and now I remember! I left out my goldfish!

They are a little derpy-looking because they have one white eye and one black eye, but they’re a real friendly fish and they love to eat.

I felt the need to bump this thread again!

I was working on my laptop and happened to notice that I was being watched by someone.

What a creep!

I actually have a slight fear of frogs, because they are jumpy and unpredictable. Now, I like this little guy, and he is really cute. But when I need to feed him… he turns into a little monster that lunges at mealworms faster than I can blink.

I thought having a frog would help my fear, but no luck so far.

So we have 3 cats and 2 English springer spaniels (cant believe I'm getting sucked into this post, but everyones left me and besides xbox I'm still not 100% to go chop wood, shooting or just do man stuff outside) I'll have to updated with photos next week.

Coco RIP

Female tourtoise shell cat she made it to 19.5 years old died almost a year ago her going to sleep was one of the hardest things I ever done. She was as tough and as nasty as they come but she loved me. We had a cool bond it took her 10 years to accept my wife as someone else who was living in the house. Almost the same time frame for my daughter and my son she passed as she finally let him touch her.

She was super violent but I love her to bits she was a super cool cat, as far as pets go my best friend. She's buried in our garden and we found a plant called coco that she is currently feeding and is always in her resting place.

I got tons of stories about her.

Doug RIP

This tank of a cat he passed on when he was 12. This big white and ginger cat he was cool loved everyone a proper tart. He once broke a cat flap trying to bring a pigeon home he killed. He also once brought a rat home right about the time we had our first home visit when my daughter was born. That was a great thing to explain... He was just a cool cat. Loved everyone and everything.

Very much my daughters cat he his now 15 I think we found him dumped in a park tied up in a bag his mom was on the bottom of this bag and his 3 bothers and 1 sister all next to him. None of his brothers or sisters made it was the only one that came out on top hence the name. He's massive. Real lazy and just put up with my daughter carrying him everywhere when she was little and now as a result hes a fat lazy cat.

Won't walk or do anything needs to be carried every place.

Since Coco moved on. We now have two new kittens Agatha and Dolly both sisters. Both totally mental but super loving. It's nice both our children gets to experience having kittens they are 8 months old now and loving live.

Agatha is named after Agatha Christie my wife is a massive fan ( I once bought her a signed edition book I thought was selling for 4 figures when drunk and ended up paying 5 BUT thats another story ) and Dolly is named after Dolly Parton because she would meow every time a Dolly Parton song came on, on the way home.

So our house is Topsy, Agatha and Dolly.

We have two English Springer spaniels. BOTH living way longer than expected both 15 and going.

Tegan and Olly.

They work, hunt and everything but now Olly keeps having fits and is a bit mentally challenged with weak legs and half blind. Tegan her hips gone, is practically deaf and we think have cancer because she's not gaining weight but looks like a bag of bones. BOTH are well looked after. I love my dogs BUT to be honest at the moment no one will look after them due to whats wrong and age they are and I'm slowly resenting them because its hard to take family away.

I do love them to bits, we got super cool memories taking them on holidays, hunting, shooting, going to shows and all sorts just time moving on now and wife can't say bye.

I won't have dogs again not till children moved out even then it will be limited. I'm 100% a cat guy and never thought I would be.
