No, that thread would go in the Social Media section. As long as the thread is topically relevant to the section, you can post it there.
In other word, don't feel like you have to post in The Saloon. If it's ever in the wrong section, a moderator will just simply move it for you.
3. If I want to make a public thread private (or vice versa), how do I get it moved?
Just report your own thread and ask for this to be done. Alternatively, you can use our built-in support desk.
