Some content posted here is prohibited either due to legal reasons or to protect the community.

This is just a rough bullet-point list of everything. I swear, I'll organise it later.
  • Hacking, identity theft, carding, pharma scams
  • Cookie stuffing involving fraud
  • Ponzi schemes, cash gifting, spamming techniques
  • Selling fake IDs or engaging in terrorism/drug-related content
  • E-whoring (potential fraud issues)
  • Malicious software and hacking tools (viruses, bots, worms, etc.) are banned
  • Prohibited transactions include:
    • Currency exchanges (e.g. PayPal to crypto)
    • Buying/selling CPA accounts, SSNs, or fake identities
    • CPA fraud schemes
  • Forum abuse such as:
    • Post count inflation (e.g. “thanks for the share” spam)
    • Misusing forum tools to break or exploit functionality
  • Unauthorised advertising or solicitation, including via DM
  • Hate speech or harassment based on religion, gender, race, etc.
  • Promotion or sale of illegal goods or services
  • Charity threads are not permitted at this time (we'll work rules out for this later)
  • Usernames cannot contain domain names
  • Adult content:
    • Posting adult photos and videos (keep content safe for work)
    • OnlyFans leaks are prohibited
  • Fake or misleading testimonials/reviews are prohibited
  • Illegal or unethical marketing practices:
    • Promoting pyramid schemes or affiliate fraud
    • Misleading consumers with deceptive ads (e.g., clickbait)
    • Bait-and-switch marketing tactics
  • Selling or using stolen content:
    • Using or promoting pirated software, images, or videos
    • Selling or posting stolen intellectual property (e.g., music, movies, articles)
  • Promoting exploitative tactics:
    • Engaging in phishing, ransomware, or other forms of social engineering
    • Promoting "scareware" or other deceptive software designed to trick users into paying for unnecessary services or software
  • COOKIE STUFFING:
    • The discussion and/or activities of cookie stuffing are strictly prohibited.
    • This includes discussion or posting of scripts or tools related to cookie stuffing or offering advice
    • Engaging in or facilitating cookie stuffing may subject users to criminal and/or civil prosecution as appropriate

How about...
  • Deepfakes
  • Unlicensed firearms or weapon-making guides
  • Selling or facilitating access to hacked data leaks or dox dumps
  • Animal Abuse Content or Abuse/Gore/Violent content in general
  • Terrorism / Extremist discussion?
:) ?

Data scraping and harvesting:
  • Using bots to scrape data from websites or social media platforms without permission
  • Harvesting personal information, emails, or other private data for spam or sale
Sound a bit harsh, no? No scrapers discussions at all?
GMB data for example?

That is harsh, but none of that was final. I just removed all of that because it makes no sense to have that as a site-wide rule when sellers in the marketplace usually build lists.

In case you couldn't tell, I, uh... got the bulk of the list from somewhere. Let's just leave it at that. I added some of the stuff that was here to it, but I'm sure certain things in the list will seem familiar, if you catch my drift.

I meant to clean this up earlier, but I'm still working on something. I haven't even gotten to the feedback threads today.

It did sound familiar but I'm not one to call this sort of things out publicly.

I think everyone can see what we're going for here, so if anything else in that list seems wrong, definitely let me know

Ahhh I was thinking about a set-up like good Festy's over here - does that count as stolen software Zwie?

As far as i know Festinger Vault only shares GPL licensed plugin/themes. As it states in the GPL License:

"The GPL is a free software license, and therefore it permits people to use and even redistribute the software without being required to pay anyone a fee for doing so. You can charge people a fee to get a copy from you. You can't require people to pay you when they get a copy from someone else." - So, in other words, it would be allowed.

Can we expose dangerous people to the community?
I don't think they are welcomed anywhere.

Yes you are. To everyone aswell

Unauthorised advertising or solicitation, including via DM

Cant we DM people about " Free copy of the Service" once after the sales Thread goes Live.

Ofcourse, not sending affiliate offers or anything outside forum .. I meant DM to selective members we known or few members who eligible for the offers.. Does it considered as unauthorised advertising.. ?

I'm hesitant to do this, kindly confirm this @Zwielicht

That would still be considered unauthorised advertising.

This thread still needs to be cleaned up, but the site guide I made on selling goes over the full rules: https://officeoutlaw.com/threads/wh...-selling-or-advertising-on-office-outlaw.110/
Before I begin, know that advertising in the discussion forums or by sending unsolicited offers via the DM system is prohibited.
Thank you for asking, though. :)
