I wouldn't recommend it. Obviously, it may work at first, but ragebaiting comes with a price. Eventually, people will realize you're doing it on purpose, and once they catch on, it becomes boring and uninteresting. Also, keep in mind that some people may actively get angry over such things. If you're showing your face on the internet, you could end up encountering people in real life who were triggered by your videos and decide to punch you in the face.
