But I'll repost here since it still works wonders, especially for local and branded keywords.

I agree, creating and self promoting to fast has always been the crux with Reddit. The 90% value 10% self promo is still what you should aim for. Depending on niche it can be even lower ( some moderators care more than others)

Thats a very smart move.
How about we add some fake members to subreddit ( from any smm panel ) then create 4-5 dummy account. Create some fake question and in answer we promote our stuff ?

Only if you have a very high karma account, but yes, Reddit is definitely still a great parasite.
