Scamming multiple startups

I actually came across a Reddit sub a few months ago dedicated to getting away with this exact thing:

It's a lot more common now I think because of remote work being more commonplace. People can make quite a lot of money from doing this, but it does come with the anxiety of one of your employers finding out.

Many of the companies where it's possible to be over-employed skirt employment laws in the first place and screw their employees over, so I say it's fair game.

I have no idea how a guy can work at 4 jobs at a time he must be super talented which wasn't even the case with this guy as he wasn't getting the job done

You mean they do it deliberately to avoid taxes?
As long he is able to get the work done in every company they shouldn't be bothered about the time spent per company. Companies should legally allow moon lighting to attract the best talent.
No one has but this guy as you can see completely faked his CV so only one can imagine what kind of work he must have done 😜

It does not really surprise me in the slightest a lot companes will not hire people unless they got perfect CV and perfect experience the real problem is people are demanding to much in most cases.

Here a example I had friend go for job interview when was aged 20 the interview told him he needs at least 20 years work experience to work in Retail on the minimum wage was something many boomers want or still expect in any job for minimum requirements for why so many people can't get into jobs

Some jobs are really poorly organised and people end up in roles that barely have any expectations. I’ve know people in these types of roles, and because their managers are incompetent, they end up only needing to do work for about 30 minutes per day and then having nothing else to do for the other 7 1/2 hours that they’re on the clock.

It depends on the company, but usually, yeah. Some of these companies don’t want to deal with the intricacies of employment laws when the “employee” is in a different country or even state over here in the US. In many cases, the company would be expected to set up a business entity in the employee’s specific country or state, subjecting the company to the laws and taxes of that region.

By just labeling the “employees” as contractors, they can get around this, but it opens the company up to legal issues since it violates labour laws pretty much everywhere. I’ve actually been in this position myself several times where a company misclassified me as a contractor, and the companies try to make it seem like they’re doing you a favour by labeling you as as a contractor, but it just means you get no employment rights and you end up paying for self-employment taxes, business licenses, and other fees.

The startups the guy ended up working for are all reputed ones so probably he games the system and don't you agree that the HR too is responsible for this?

I do agree sometimes the employee has no work and gets paid good amount

You wanna know the most interesting and shocking part? Word has it that he used https://cluely.com/ to clear those interviews that means he clearly cheated the companies he applied for!

Outlaw peeps might want to give a look at how this startup https://cluely.com/ helps in clearing interviews

Here's more about it:

Yes I would agree HR normally big makers of the mess in the employment area overall.

He is good at marketing :)

I am maybe wrong here but I suspect this Indian man actually a smart guy yes he lied about his CV but most people do that if we going to be honest.
He got caught so he's not smart plus he didn't perform at the 4 companies he worked at

Just imagine for getting selected he must have applied for a lot of companies

Yes but he still got accepted you have to semi smart to be able to pull off a lie fairly well.

He probably did true but he got accepted .

Did you read my previous replies ?

He probably used cluely to crack the interviews plus if you look at his CV it's totally fake

The HR should be fired for hiring such candidate

Yes I did.

Anyone who knows HR works knows they don't check much stuff in most cases they use software to check it then whatever passes the check then that person gets accepted it.

For example if website requires for example say Master Degree,5 years experience,10 years work experience as the most important factors if you put that on a CV your application will enter the second stage where it can be checked by someone or it goes onto further check by a software then someone check it over which in a lot of cases the people working in HR are generally not able to understand the job or what the employee will be expected to do for why so companys who rely on HR have to keep re trying for people over them not understand the right worker for the job adertised

outsource it
hire someone even cheaper to do it
you still get a cut of it
