Absolutely, social media and PPC drive traffic but it’s short-term. SEO is what gives your brand lasting visibility and organic credibility.
Social media can be long term I don't often post by any means still give me some traffic or sales per month or gifts

That's true. A solid social presence can definitely bring long-term value, especially if your content sticks. SEO just adds another layer of consistent, intent-driven visibility that complements it well. Together, they’re a powerhouse for sure.

Very true

You can use enhance your brand, but SEO is absolutely not required in order to have a brand people see, listen to or speak about.

Do you mind me sharing this with my ferret fans or friends?
Na, I don`t mind, found it on Google, do whatever you want with it, but make a meme and modify it so the owner don`t go crazy on you.

Its only a brand if people know about it.

SEO means nothing really for a brand.

You could set a brand up and call it 't2vans drinking co' but if no one knows about it how do they go finding it?

SEO, Brands, Socail Media whatever it is means nothing unless you get customers talking and looking for you.

Totally get your point but SEO just makes it easier for people to find you once they hear about you.

Well yes and no.

If my company is called 't2vans drinking co' I should naturally be no1? It's no real SEO trick to that.

Don't think it matters if my page design is shit or whatever Google will index it and know that's me and I'm not competing with anyone for that term so it's not exactly SEO that solves that issue if people go looking for me.

Fair point @t2van, For unique brand names, it’s easier. But SEO isn't just about ranking for your name, it's about showing up when people search for what you offer, not just who you are.

Ah but now that's a different point to your original post.. ;) not nit picking (well you could argue I am) but SEO brand stuff is a little different than people finding the products your brand sells... Least I think it is.
