At the moment, we allow everyone except for those banned for scamming on other platforms or those who engaged in excessive off-forum abuse to create an account, although every account does require manual approval.

This is to limit the number of bot sign-ups whilst we continue developing the forum.

We're also bringing in new moderators, so once we have sufficient coverage, we'll most likely switch from manual approvals to automatic approvals.
