This is how these clowns get you. They add service fee after service fee. You think it’s just a bit of money what’s the harm until you’re paying an extra $5k/month on service fees alone.
I really hope that customers will switch to a different mobile provider. T-Mobile is not the only option out there, and people need to realize that staying silent and accepting the price increase won’t make the problem go away. In fact, it will signal to the company that it’s okay to do that, and they will push for even higher increases.
