Currently, we don't have tagline..

Is there a tag line already decided for the New Logo ?

If not decided yet, how about Suggesting a Tag line for Office Outlaw.

The Best Tag Line or Selected Tagline gets rewarded or something like that ?

Just an Idea.. 😉

Need some superb Tagline for Office Outlaw!

I wanted the tagline to be something like, "Black hat internet marketing & lifestyle forum".

I feel it's more than just internet marketing, and we do even have some newer people here are here for the black hat lifestyle aspect. It's more so we can reach wider audience since I've felt black hat stuff goes far beyond just us making money online.

There's also this forum's original purpose of being a black hat office & work forum, but we're past being just that. It's why I merged the office and work subforums into a single "Work Life" section.

We're open to other suggestions, of course.

I feel like the word "Black Hat" is too distorted and there too many different Interpretation on it.
As you know on the other side of things, this was mentioned way too many times "Why can't we do black hat, when this is a black hat forum etc".

I would personally avoid it outright.

We could simply just be an internet marketing and lifestyle forum. It is easier to fit that on the logo should we do that.

Because you're worth it?
I kind of like this one. Maybe not for the tagline, but I'd like to include it somewhere.

Maybe the Mission Statement page?

I’m not going to lie, I like “Dark Side of SEO”, but that might just be me being edgy as @Rem likes to say.

I was looking at the new logo, and we could technically add in a tagline at the bottom, but it's best not to do that as it might make it feel too cluttered, if you know what I mean.

@Rem is absolutely right about leaving out 'black hat' from the logo because too many people interpret that the wrong way. In fact, I've even gone as far as removing 'black hat' from the meta description and the mission statement page for that reason. I feel like there are a lot of people (i.e., antiwork people) who would fit in really well here, but would be turned off if they us define it as a black hat forum. Then, of course, I'm sure everyone remembers the idiot 'researchers' who saw the word black hat on the other forum and would pages of documents on how it was a hacker community.

It's definitely primarily an internet marketing forum, but I feel like a tagline would only result in us defining the forum everyone else instead of letting others define it based on their own experiences with this site. Even if we kept it simple with "internet marketing & lifestyle forum", this might be put off a lot of people who would be interested in joining this community.

This was a really good thing to think over though, so thank you for starting this thread.
