The new Affinity app from Canva is awesome .AF

Sorry for the dad joke there, couldn't help myself. But it seems like a really cool announcement

Stared writing this while watching the announcement and a few seconds after writing the title they used the same AF joke, so apparently it wasn't as creative as I thought.

It's a way to combine vectors and pixel based designs within the same tool, and it has some AI capabilities that are reserved for paid Canva users.
Anyway, it's free (other than the AI thing), looks very powerful, and I bet it's about to bite a healthy chunk off Adobe. Haven't read the t&c yet, but it can't be worse than Adobe's, right?
