We've finally finished our beta testing, and The Trading Post is now open to new submissions.
Before you post in there, you should know a few things:
First, Know The Requirements
Before you can submit a listing to The Trading Post, you need one of three membership types:
Third, Set Your Expectations
We're working hard each day on improving this forum and growing it. However, we don't currently have the massive viewership of other platforms. Therefore, if you decide to submit a listing and it gets approved, don't expect money to just start rolling in.
Even once we have traffic, stay on top of keeping your listing active and clean by answering customer questions and updating it when necessary.
We do offer sticky positions and you can find the pricing directly on our advertising page, but I'll be honest and say this is not necessary for you to purchase as we don't have a ton of listings just yet.
When other traders start renting sticky positions, there will only be a maximum of 5 stickies per section allowed and each advertiser can only have a sticky for a month at a time if we have a queue. This is to ensure others get an opportunity to have a sticky thread as well.
If you can accept all of this, then definitely feel free to submit a listing to the relevant section.

First, Know The Requirements
Before you can submit a listing to The Trading Post, you need one of three membership types:
- Sapphire Status - This is a purchasable membership level available to those members of our community who have 2 stars and have been here 2 weeks (although this requirement will be increased). It's set up this way as we only want contributing members of our community to be Traders on our platform, and the star system is a lot harder to brute-force than just requiring message count. It's less money for us, but it's far better for the community than letting anyone and everyone sell here.
- Founding Member Status - This was granted to those initial members who joined the forum. Those with the membership do not need Sapphire Status to submit a listing.
- OG Member Status - This was given to some of the first 100 members, particularly those who joined and contributed quite a bit to the forum. Those with the membership do not need Sapphire Status to submit a listing.
- The review process will be familiar, although it is more in-depth and therefore takes a little longer on our end. Keep in mind that only 3 of us the staff can actually review these threads right now, with me being the primary reviewer until I get everyone else up to speed.
- The pricing is a one-time fee. There's a quick guide for pricing in Chapter 1, Section 2.1 if you just want to be able to quickly figure that out. It's set up this way as some services (like signature rentals) are really fast and don't require much on our end. On the other hand, someone who wants to do a full on web development service, well, that'll take a lot longer.
- Not all services are permitted here. Some have actually been banned just because they're too high-risk based on our previous experience.
