Resolved Title Case Inconsistent Across the Forum

It’s like that by default, but I personally don’t like that, either.

So I have been working on this and I've fixed a lot of the inconsistencies, but this one right here....

I cannot seem to change it. It absolutely will not budge.

Sigh... I will keep working on it. I can at least fix the other capitalisation inconsistencies first and spend more time on this later.

I've been looking into those, they are difficult to find. Once I can find the phrase entries for them, I can edit them.

I finally fixed that one thing!

Most of the capitalisations should be consistent now. I've fixed them in the navigation bar and the user profiles.

There are probably still more, but I think we can consider this resolved for now. If there are any others, please post them in here and I can sort them out.
