If I had started talking about his “political” career and what a great guy he was (lol) there wouldn’t be an issue. It’s when I mention the elephant in the room that people get their backs up.
Yeah, it's almost like... They can say supportive things but when you have opposing opinion it's suddenly political (and theirs wasn't?)

I did notice most people on the other forum are conservative, religious people, that's exactly why I got into conflict there and wasn't as eager to hang out anymore. Worldwide economy is completely fucked by Trump and I'm supposed to cry about his ally... Nah.

He didn’t need to act on it… people like him rarely do, it’s their words and hate that lead others to assume it’s fine, they may then act on or accept it. NO he’s not decent, anyone and I mean anyone that thinks like he did and justifies the killing of innocent people, a genocide and man made famine now… then by all means no they are certainly not “decent”.
We don’t know why he’s dead yet? As I pointed out earlier this is one of the most professional shots I’ve seen in a long time, this was well planned and well executed so who knows yet why he’s dead. I don't think it was a professional shot.
It should be a relatively easy hit for anyone handling guns professionally, and they still missed his head.
