Christmas is often regarded as a time for goodwill, but one young UK couple's act of kindness 50 years ago changed their lives forever.

On 23 December 1975, Rob Parsons and his wife Dianne were preparing for Christmas at their Cardiff home when they heard a knock at the door....

That was a lovely story to read, thanks for linking it.

Does that mean now I finally have a permission to visit each one of you and stay there for as long as I can 🤣

Nice story. Finally, something positive to read. Can't check the news without getting annoyed.

Extremely abnormal for real

Glad you enjoyed.

Been doing the rounds local to me. Thought was a good story and nice read. Bit sad. But not many would do that

Some people do stuff I could never imagine doing. You know you never know what kind of person you're inviting into your house. My luck it'd be a serial killer.
