Well, let's see... In the morning, my scalp was a little puffy, so I put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now.
After I removed the ice pack, I used a deep pore cleanser lotion.
In the shower, I used a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond scalp scrub. And on the sides of my scalp, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then applied an herb mint scalpmask, which I left on for 10 minutes while I prepared the rest of my routine.
I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your scalp out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging scalp balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
