🧑‍⚕️Health Went to a neurologist today to test for ADHD

Suddenly you'll realize most people are or are disabled in other ways and they lead normal, productive lifes (of course within their limitations) and you don't have an excuse for being lazy ass anymore.
Loll

imagine someone being drunk everyday and at every hour

I figured out how to "work" when I feel bad etc

but I don't do "jobs" and "client work"

I'm 28 and I'm a retired beast

I'm on Strattera (atomoxetine). Tried Adderall but it only worked for a few days, even with a doubled dose. With Stattera, it took 8 months of absolutely brutal side effects before I began to notice any relief, but it was worth it. The biggest relief came in the form of my depression being suppressed. My mind still races, but I'm able to focus when I need to.
How the f 8 months of side effects to endure ...

When I had abilify or vraylar, I used it ONCE and had AKATHISIA.

I put it down and never used that shit again.

I think your side effects were either mild or you have very unusual way of thinking of drugs.

Like you could make a whole case study about 8 months!!!! of side effects...

But you're disabled as well... I mean you had been complaining a lot about your state of being. But you see, you can communicate with people on Zoom.

I have serious trauma from lying on job interviews. My friend told me to lie. It's a common thing to lie but it's manipulation.

Someone fired me after 3 days. I think I was doing something wrong. Well, I was on 0 medication back then. Now I have 4.

My life is driven by this trauma.

Marketing jobs suck though if you don't know paid ads. SEO is really boring...

I'll just say that I'm no stranger to psychoactive substances. I've tried both Abilify and Vraylar for depression and didn't notice anything. However, Seroquel made me pass out the first time I took it (as it feint, not sleep)

Side effects during the first few months are actually quite common with Strattera, so much so that titration is required. I did 40 mg for 4 months, which had its own set of side effects, then 80 for another 4 before that additional set of side effects subsided. Most people quit when they encounter side effects because they're not used to it and assume they'll last forever, but I've learned from experience that they all pretty much will go away at some point. I knew that if I could endure worse, I could endure this. It was a cakewalk compared to some of the shit I've been through.
