We used some of the donation money to purchase a built-in ticketing system.
I've been looking over our options on this for a long time, keeping some complaints from "other places" in mind with the third-party support desks that felt annoying to use.
I couldn't do anything back then, but I can do something different here! Anyway, what's neat about this specific ticket system is that it works with Xenforo, meaning you don't have to go to some other website and submit a ticket. Responses to tickets will also send you e-mails and alerts on Office Outlaw, and only you and the moderators can view your own tickets.
Even our guests will be able to submit tickets if they have any questions or concerns about the website. This means that if you ever have any issues with your account, you can still submit a ticket and we can help you get back into the account all from the forum.
This is meant to replace our contact form, which all of you will know I suck at responding to.
I'll post an update here in the announcements section and in the changelog once it's live.
Finally, if you ever want to know where you donations go to, we do continuously update this information on the donations page.
