What is your weight? Weight Challenge🤣

I have no idea lol. My sister recently found our fancy scale that measures fat, muscles, etc percentage so maybe this thread will motivate me to move my ass from the chair and stand on the scale. Not fat, I eat only like... Twice a day. I guess just normal, not fat, not sickly thin.

@zakhej good luck on your health journey. Sounds like you have it pretty tough out there. I was also unable to exercise in the past. Maybe it's safer to try with diet in your case? If you're very sick you probably need a lot of rest to recover.

My weight was 92 Kg last time I checked.

Height is 6 feet though.

I'm nearly 100kg :D, It's increased last 4 months gradually 1 or 2 kgs a month,

I'm 140lbs/63.9kg.

I don't have much to say on it, honestly. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø
I was thinking about this thread today.

I've been losing a lot of weight because of stress, and I'm now down to 135lbs/61.2kg. This has been steadily going on for a while now, and I might be down to 130lbs in a couple of weeks at this rate.

I mean, I also exercise, but I don't typically lose this much weight so quickly. I guess I can't complain too much though, I've wanted to go back to being leaner for a long time now.

I think I'm at about 60-65kg now me at a short bit under 5'10

I wonder if anyone here has a Six Pack

6ft / 118kg

More vodka and muscle than fat ass and beer.

My last medical where they use the stupid fucking BMI test instead of checking my body fat puts me at obeese or basiclly non medical term a fat fucker.

But I run 5-8 miles a week, can do farmers walk with 25kg in each hand and I lift weights constantly so WTF does the nurse know. Considering the nurse has to step side ways to get through the door I don't need medical recommendations off that golf ball of a human.
