My first meal is at 2pm. Just coffee and protein drink until then. Used to be cigarettes as well, but I quit. Sad day that was.
Then dinner, mostly chicken and vegetables. Trying to reach a certain weight goal + I gain weight way too easily. Even the sweets I eat between lunch and dinner have to be "diet sweets" or I would just become phat phuck again. Tweek is a great Swedish brand if you are in Europe.
This way there's some wiggling space for some actual dessert and wine couple times a week. Staying in shape with advancing age is ridiculously painful.
