Basically, when your window size is not big enough to support the SideBar anymore, it get's move to the very bottom of the page.
Which is fine, but it becomes all kinds of scuffed.
For example, Message User Info Block, Member Online (probably fine since that will only grow in time) & Forum Statistics becomes silly huge

I think a solution for this would be
having What's Hot as a full size bar on it's own above the other 3, so it can ultize the entire width
and member online will become twice as big as it is now to compensate the white space left from What's Hot.

then if the windows size keeps decreasing, it gets squished into 3 columns

Then 2 then 1
the 1 is fine but this is what 2 looks like

@Impulse noticed this the other day as well.

It might've been due to me changing some values from being pixel-based to percentage-based when I first set up the forum; I was treating it like a WordPress theme and didn't realise Xenforo doesn't need those same modifications.

@Impulse was able to replicate it just now and it looks like it was being caused by the wide responsive break point pixel value. We made some adjustments to this by simply increasing the value a bit, and it looks like the issue is fixed now.

We'll mark this as resolved, but if you notice it again, just post in this thread and we'll look into it.
