When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? What made you want that back then? And how close did your life end up from that childhood dream?

When I was little, I wanted to be a firefighter. I thought it was the coolest job ever lol. Racing around in the big red truck, helping people, and spraying water everywhere. Obviously, I’m not a firefighter. However, I volunteered at our local fire station when I was younger, and it was honestly a good experience. Just not something that i wanted to do my whole life.

What did you imagine growing up to be?

Music producer.
Did it as a teen, worked with a few bands, did recordings, made playbacks and beats, mixing, and all that cool stuff..

I still do it today to some extent, usually just instrumental tracks.
I actually work today with some cool music software companies that I acquired using some of the terminologies I learned as a kid, so it was nice to see that knowledge being put to good use lol

What programs did you use back in the day? Fruity Loops Studio? Or was that even around?

Football player the interesting thing is my father asked me what path do you want to take and I choose the college one but glad I did else I wouldn't have got into IM

I'm not THAT old.. I used FL since version 5 lol.. Never understood the bad rep it got.

5 YO - HGV Driver or Window Cleaner according to my parents no idea why
16 YO - to work for GCHQ. Just always been a bit fascinated with SIGINT

Now... i'm not sure. I've been working in Digital Marketing as a side-hustle since I was 15 but long term and i'm studying CS but maybe accounting or something else in the finance industry instead. Interesting I had more of an idea when I was a teenager than I do now of what I want to do in the long-term lol

I wanted to be a snooker player. I used to play all the time, but come competitions I just wasn't that good. Don't get me wrong I'm a decent player now, I'm no pro.

I didn't have much growing up, I didn't have much of a family and the people I used to speak to or let me stay with them kept telling me to go down the military route as Id have a bed, food and a family.

So I tried out for the marines and they wouldn't have me thanks to previous damage to my knees ALL of my friends at the time got in bar me, I tried for the paratroopers they wouldn't have me not even the regular army. I got medically rejected so many times it wasn't even worth my time trying for the Air Force lol..

I've always been fighting and I was good at that and it was probably the closest I could get to the above without the guns, and that's what I done from the age of 17 till I was in my 20s was fight. I got offered the chance to go pro with a legitimate contract but as I shared crashing a car ended that quicker than I care to remember.

I've done so much and at some stages my life just felt like it was going at a million miles an hour.

Where I am now. Is so far removed from anything I wanted to do I actually love it. I wish I got exposed to other things, experiences and people growing up.

I might have been a boring fckr when I was young/kid, I loved fishing and wanted to be a fisheries management consultant to develop better fishing for wild fishes in lakes and rivers.

Funny this, I actually wanted to be the same - a fireman as we call it round our ways.

Life kind of took over as I grew older and forgot about it, but yeah as a kid had all the fireman outfits etc

You could still do that.

It's different and interesting I think.

Buy a lake and start a fishery and stock pond..
