Oh yeah, just wanted to add that AWS a registrar too. And has a really impressive array of tlds too. Only found this out the other day.
So i’d say then there are only two enterprise level global registrars that i’m aware of - Cloudflare and AWS. There used to be GCP too before they bailed and moved everyones domains to square. And i’d also have argued MarkMonitor was on the list too, especially considering it’s jawdropping clientel. Then it got taken over by that shady af company that owns a chunk of those ‘big name’ two bit hosting services like bluehose and network solutions. Never had any good experiences or even ordinary, mediocre experiences with any of that companies subsidaries. So i’d cross that off the list too. Or at least add it to the maybe list. Just hoping they let the thing continue operating independently as I can’t see bluehost meddling adding in any value.
Nice to know there are solid registrars - cloudflare, aws for important domain. But yeah, NameISP has been fantastic and i’d stuck to it with all my lower level stuff for blog farms emails and what not.
