Yeah, me again.

I've finally got an update for everyone! I actually forgot about it but I guess they want to revive this whole saga.

Here's the last thread in case anyone forgot.

I don't know why it took them so long to get back to me. My guess is they were probably consulting their legal department about how to respond haha. You know how these guys are.

First, here's what I sent. I removed some sensitive information because I don't want it out there.

This message is for the board of directors at ------------------------,

My name is Franklin ----------. I'm a former employee of --------------.

I'm sure you're all aware of the situation between me and Steven ------------, your CEO.

Let's cut to the chase: I am hoping you'll take this matter seriously as I am very much considering escalating this matter and posting everything on Glassdoor and other sites so that others can be aware of the treatment of your employees, past and present.

I have attached all of my correspondences with Steve -----------. If I continue receiving threats from him then I will very much consider turning this into a legal matter.

It's been a while since I've worked at your company and would very much like to move on from that chapter of my life.

This is the response I got back from them.

Dear Franklin -------------,

We at ------------- have to respectfully disagree with the numerous accusations you've made against Steve ------------.

After consulting with our legal team, we regret to inform you that e-mail correspondences are not evidence enough of any wrongdoing of anyone in our company.

We would like to make you aware that your continued harassment of one of our most respected directors is inexcusable, incorrigible, and most importantly illegal.

Should your harassment of Steve ------------ continue, we will be forced to forward your correspondences to the authorities and will consider taking further legal action against your person.

I thought they would take it more seriously that HE is the one harassing ME! This guy is stalking me online and went through the effort to find the manager of my new job just to give me a negative recommendation. I never even asked for a recommendation from the old company!

I'm just going to leave it alone. It all sounds like a scare tactic if you ask me. There's no justice in this world and these pricks just get away with everything.

Yea bro but it took them over 2 months to get back to you and this is all they said?

I’ve heard about one of these things happening to someone like a stalker boss but there’s a lot of stuff happening to you that makes me call BS.

I tried but the ex boss didn’t leave me alone.

I had already moved on but he didn’t. It’s like a crazy ex who stalks you on fb after 20 years.
