I have my own scripts for web 2 satellite sites and that is working too. Don’t think when I say I use xrumer that’s my only source of content. It’s just that forums and Reddit are working really well, at least for my niche. Especially for brand searches. I’m not even inserting backlinks in many cases. Just mentions and conversation.

More importantly people searching for the brand name also find interesting content. Not just a bunch of complainers. Let’s face it most customers won’t create content around your brand for you. If you can control that content, why not?
