I recently learned that when pitching your business to a potential client, sometimes you have to take a page out of Michael Scott's business manual. You know, Michael Scott .

I read this article and tldr it says connection is everything.

I don’t know about that, but it seems a little silly. I love the show and all but it’s just a show. Not really something to model your whole biz after.
