Do you prefer to eat to keep a clear mind and energetic body throughout the day to keep your, maybe have a littler something to reward yourself after a long day if you've met some goal. Or so you eat what you want when you want (beer and cold leftover pizza for breakfast ftw ).

How do our resident IM experts like to keep themselves fuelled and ready to take on the da ahead.

I do 18hr fasts just due to how I work.

I eat what I want in eating time I cook and eat what I want.

With it being school holidays I'm on bacon and egg in sour dough roll every morning.

Nothing lunch and then whatever in the evening.

Rare to snack unless it's a biscuit.

More like intermittent fasting?

I try to eat very little carbs, started looking at reducing fat as well.
I easy mostly salads with low fat cheese or thin meat.

No planned Diet, I just eat what my mind triggers..

The Past three or Four days, I'm just eating shawarma's at different places 😋

I eat what i like and when i like. No restrictions as long as its vegetarian and clean

But my mind mostly likes it between 2 PM and 9 PM. So its a small window, no IM fasting just randomly happened for the past 2 years.

Stopped eating meat and drinking/smoking over a decade ago

I am not that fit, but not weak either. I can walk and carry weight or climb multiple floors. I think it all depends on the individual immunity and metabolism

Time to change my diet maybe. I neglected it due to illness.

I had a good diet consisting of pork, potatoes, chicken, beans, rice, vegetables, different sauces.
As simple as it can get and effective.

But I never could get enough of food due to illness, like my brain requires 50% more power than of other people.

Yeah, you will most likely find it is well worth it if you stick with it. I have known people who is in a similar situation. PM me if you feel you need any advice on the matter.

I have an autoimmune disorder that doesn’t allow me to eat gluten, soy, seeds, seed oils, nuts and dairy mostly. So I eat chicken, pork, eggs, and vegetables in different combinations
How do you manage to buy food when so many put peanuts or milk in many things?

...just kidding ;) but it used to be that in school.

Since I'm sickly af I tried multiple extreme 'healthy' diets, been ovo-vegetarian, vegan, sprouts only/mostly, only rice and groats (when I had a permanent diarrhea and couldn't eat anything else) and other. I realized for me specifically high carb works best and especially a lot of soups included in the diet because that's easier to digest (all the stuff is in the soup's water). Also pickles. Generally I don't like to eat more than twice a day but I eat quite a bit volume-wise. I feel like vegetarian diet helps with some of my conditions (especially eczema, periods and teeth) but I have a hard time going back to veg here... Chicken everywhere! 😂 But stray dogs get bones from us, they want to eat too 😅. My sri lankan friend was shocked how well I stomached sudden diet change from polish to sri lankan cuisine 😂. But I actually do good on high carb so lots of rice even with that damn chicken is actually ok for me. Raw is too hard to digest for me. Also when I was vegan and vegetarian I always focused on getting as much veggies in as possible and didn't eat meat substitutes, soy, etc. Hell, I used to not eat any sweets AT ALL and started again during covid 🫤. Now my diet is all over the place since I'm trying everything and I'm confused 😂. Have to get this under control somehow 😂.
