This time of year and the next 8-10 weeks if you do not already do so worth checking your government and council sites for any tender opportunities that arise.

I know in the UK as the financial year comes to the end and start there are projects that can be snapped up. Spend the time writing your tender and or pitch (with AI it's much easier than it used to be and no longer has to be a scary or costly venture into this world) . Both product and service providers - no need to register as an official provider with the council or gov either you can pitch and register later if you win.

You can find everything from cleaning windows to digital security and app design contracts there, and just about everything in-between!!

It's often overlooked by many but if you put the time in it can make or break your year :)

top tip: it's not just tax year you should check weekly / monthly as there are good things to be found and snapped up that some of the bigger companies these councils use won't pitch for because the margin isn't in it for them

Just make sure to check the laws or rules first in your country, here in mine, if you are not on the list of approved suppliers they don`t even check your offers approvement is the first thing they check, they can buy from non approved if the sum is under $50K in my city per year.

Yes good point.

I was using my country as example, but yeah laws and regulations change country to country / state to state :)

Yes, there are even often different ones depending on your city, we have a national sum of $70K but in my local city rules the limit is $50K.
